Christmas Gifts for Adelaide House

LDCSA Trustees were delighted to be presented with a generous donation of Christmas gifts collected by staff of Liverpool Church of England Diocese, for Adelaide House residents.

Diocesan staff received a presentation on the work of the Charity, including Adelaide House, earlier in the year and had decided to collect gifts, including slippers and toiletries, to be shared with Adelaide residents. Although now a separate Charity - LDCSA was managed by the Diocese from the early 1900s - the two maintain close links including drawing a number of Trustees from the Diocese and collaborating to deliver the annual Liverpool Prisons Week Lecture.
